Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the items purchased at checkout. Once an order has been successfully placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing and handling before the order is shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
After the order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or mishandling caused by the postal service during transit. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with them.
However, if an item arrives damaged due to improper packaging or an error on our part, we take full responsibility. In such cases, customers may be eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to review. Proof of damage (such as photos) may be required to process the claim.
